Accepted Payment Methods At Hipermart, we aim to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Net Banking: Make a payment directly from your bank account.
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Use any UPI app to make payments directly from your bank account.
  • Online Payments: Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway.

Payment Security Your security is a priority at Hipermart. All transactions are secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring that your personal and payment information is encrypted and kept confidential at all times.

Payment Timing Payment is typically taken at the time of order placement to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. For COD transactions, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Currency All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Transaction Fees There are no additional transaction fees for online payments. However, please be aware that your card provider may charge additional fees for online transactions, which are not under our control.

Payment Failures In the event of a payment failure, the order will not be processed, and you will be notified of the failure. You can attempt to make the payment again or choose a different payment method. For any issues related to payment failures, please contact our customer support.

Refunds Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For COD transactions, refunds can be processed via bank transfer or UPI, depending on the customer’s preference.
