Delivery Areas Hipermart delivers to select locations within the Malappuram district, including Malappuram, Manjeri, Perinthalmanna, Kottakkal, and Vengara. We are committed to expanding our delivery services to cover more areas within the district soon.

Shipping Times

  • Next-Day Delivery: We offer next-day delivery for all orders placed before 6 PM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Plans are underway to provide same-day delivery options.
  • Express Delivery: We are also working towards providing an express delivery option that will deliver your order within 3-5 hours.

Shipping Charges

  • A nominal fee of INR 29 is charged for orders with a total value below INR 499. Orders above this amount qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking Customers can conveniently track their orders through the Hipermart app, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information on the delivery status.

Delivery Attempts Due to the nature of our products, including fresh and perishable items, it is crucial that customers are available to receive their deliveries. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the package will be returned, and the order will be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and freshness of our products.

Special Handling We take great care in handling our products, especially fresh, chilled, and frozen items. These products are packaged in dedicated and specialized containers designed to preserve their freshness and quality until they reach your doorstep.

Carriers Delivery is carried out through a combination of our internal logistics team and trusted third-party vehicle services, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery.

Packaging Our packaging complies with legal standards and is designed to protect the product's integrity during transit. We strive to use environmentally friendly packaging wherever possible.
