  • Via App: You can place a return order directly through the Hipermart app.
  • Customer Support: Call our customer support team to initiate a return.
  • Email: Send an email to contact@hipermart.in to request a return. Please note that physical returns at our stores or locations are not accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment, UPI, or via bank transfer for cash on delivery (COD) payments.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement. The new item will be provided in exchange for the return of the previous item.

Shipping Charges

  • Hipermart will bear the return shipping charges, ensuring that the return process is hassle-free for you.

No Restocking Fees

  • There are no restocking fees charged for any returns.
